Details

High School Summer Camp 2026 invites 9th-12th grade students on a journey of Discovery that reshapes everything. Scripture teaches that when we seek God with our whole hearts, we find Him, and that following Jesus means pressing forward rather than getting stuck in the past. These are the truths that frame the heartbeat of this camp. Students will step into worship, teaching, small groups, and meaningful conversations that create space for real growth. They will experience adventure, community, and the kind of clarity that comes when everything else slows down, allowing them to focus on what matters. Pursuit is about learning to chase after God and realizing He has been drawing near to us from the very beginning.

CAMP INFORMATION

  • Location: Camp Cedar Crest, 33325 Camp Cedar Crest Rd, Green Valley Lake, CA 92341
  • Ages: 9th-12th grade students for the 2026-2027 school year and seniors from the class of 2026.
  • Dates: July 13-17th, 2026
  • Full Payment Due: June 25th

WHAT TO BRING

Bring a backpack and a medium-sized duffle bag or suitcase. All items must fit under the bunk beds at camp—please avoid excessive packing for the sake of cleanliness and space. Be sure to pack a Bible, notebook, and pen or pencil for the week’s activities. Bring modest, appropriate clothing, including sandals, athletic shoes, and a swimsuit, as well as towels, bedding, and personal hygiene items.

A more detailed, campground-specific packing list may be available one month prior to camp. Neither the district nor camp leadership is responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

WHAT NOT TO BRING

No weapons, fireworks, tobacco, alcohol, or illegal drugs. We follow a no-phone policy. Do not bring a phone to camp. Phones are a distraction and pull students away from what the Lord is doing in their lives. Students are allowed to give their phones to leaders to make periodic phone calls to parents/legal guardians.

No skateboards, roller skates, or roller blades.

MEDICATIONS

Medications must be in pharmacy-labeled containers with dosage information included. During check-in, medications will be given to the camp nurse. Please note: It is not legal for the nurse to administer medications from a pill organizer or plastic bag.

ACTIVITIES / SCHEDULE

Activities may include swimming, basketball, volleyball, field games, archery, and more!

REFUND POLICY

  • All refund decisions are made by Camp Cedar Crest.
  • No partial or full refunds will be given for students who fundraised more than what they personally paid.
(Example: If camp costs $430, the student pays $250 and fundraises $230,  no refund will be issued for the overage.)
  • Camp is a financial sacrifice, and fundraisers are intended to support families who cannot afford the full cost.
  • Fundraised money may only be used for camp payments. The church complies with all laws regarding fundraising and funds.
  • No refunds can be made after June 25th 2026 at 5pm.
  • 25$ of camp payment is non-refundable.

LICE CHECKS

Lice are commonly spread at schools, from pets, and other everyday environments.

  • All students will undergo a mandatory lice check before boarding the bus.
  • Please check your student for lice before the day of camp. Watch a simple YouTube video on lice identification so you can treat at home, if needed, before arrival.
