This course offers a solid starting point for understanding the core truths of the Christian faith. Drawing from the simplified, introductory themes of the Foursquare doctrine as presented in Foundations of Pentecostal Theology by Duffield and Van Cleave, this class will cover essential biblical concepts such as the nature of God, the person and work of Jesus Christ, the ministry of the Holy Spirit, salvation, the Church, and the believer’s life in Christ.

Through accessible teaching, discussion, and Scripture engagement, students will gain a clear theological foundation, learn the key terms and ideas that shape Christian belief, and develop confidence to continue their journey into deeper biblical study and discipleship.

We recommend you start with this class as a pre-requisite to our other classes.
